9. Refunds

We offer full refund guarantee on certain course products. When you make a refund request, it must be made within the number of days stated in the checkout page. When a refund is issued, your certificate of completion is revoked as well as your access to the course material.

No refunds allowed for "downloadable" products such as PDF and Excel templates.
